LLOPSLanguage preference
When you enter through the main address, we use your browser’s preferred languages to open Spanish, Czech or English. When you choose a language in the selector, we save that preference for one year in the functional site_language cookie, if your browser allows JavaScript and cookies. We also save it when you enter using the lang parameter. You can change it in the selector or by deleting that cookie. Links that already include a language keep that version.
Enquiries and contact
The form collects your name and email and any optional details you provide: phone, website and message. We use them to respond to and manage your enquiry. They are not used to subscribe you to advertising.
Storage and retention
Accepted requests are stored in a private server record, outside public pages. The form record is deleted after 90 days. Correspondence or documentation needed to handle a project is managed separately. Do not send passwords or sensitive information through the form.
Website operation
The site does not use advertising cookies or a visitor geolocation service. Technical records of pages, times and response status help identify errors. The form uses a connection-derived identifier to limit abusive submissions, retained for no more than 24 hours.
